When we embarked on an internationalisation project in 2012 our goal was clear: spread the In Job brand worldwide and become a leading company within the market of middle-executive search.
Have we accomplished our goal? It is certainly too soon to say since we have just begun our path. But finding our “home” in such a fast paced and internet savvy world has always been our forte – our hobbyhorse.

In order to celebrate our new “home” we also did an extreme makeover. A brand new website, with new colours and new concepts. A tremendous and significant change, as it is that same change – in which we deeply believe and value.
A big transformation, but one thing that we will never change or trade is that we will always put our best foot forward.
